Andy Duppler has had a diverse range of work experiences throughout their career. Andy started their career in 1984 as a Tech at Data Graphics Inc and then worked as a Field Technician at MTM in 1993. Andy later joined Alternative Resources Corporation as a Field Service Tech/Technical Coordinator in 1998. In 2005, they joined Orin USA and held multiple roles including Sr Recruiter and Account Manager. During their tenure at Orin USA, they achieved exceptional results, consistently exceeding quotas and serving as a liaison between clients and the main office. In 2015, they joined United Career Fairs as a Senior Recruiter, where they focused on prospecting sales candidates. Andy then worked at CRS Group from 2018 to 2022 as an IT Staffing Specialist. After that, they worked briefly as a Corporate Recruiter at Epitec in 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Recruitment Specialist at Sterling Engineering, where they provide engineering and technical recruitment services to clients nationwide.

Andy Duppler attended DeVry Institute of Technology from 1978 to 1980, where they obtained a Technical Degree in Industrial Electronics Technology/Technician.
