Greg Attrep has a strong background in legal counsel and litigation enforcement. Greg has worked in various companies, starting their career as a Law Clerk at the 9th Judicial District Court in Louisiana. Greg then worked as a Litigation Associate at Wilson & Walker. Greg later joined Frank's International N.V.f/n/a Franks Casing Crew & Rental Tools, Inc. as Corporate Counsel, where they established a full-service legal department and handled trials, litigation, and contract drafting and review. Greg then moved on to Milling Benson Woodward as a Business Attorney.
In 2000, Greg joined M-I SWACO as the Senior Regional Counsel for the Southeast United States, where they managed legal counsel for North Litigation and oversaw transactions such as master service agreements and property leases. Greg successfully created a comprehensive database for managing property leases.
Greg's next position was as Senior Legal Counsel at Smith International, where they managed domestic litigation matters and oversaw mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic agreements for Smith Services. Greg consolidated all litigation into a single department.
At Schlumberger, Greg served as the Senior Counsel for Government Affairs & Litigation Enforcement. Greg managed over 80 open matters, including complex commercial, insurance coverage, asbestos, environmental damage, and personal injury cases. Greg achieved significant victories in high-profile cases, such as the defense of the Deepwater Horizon case for M-I SWACO.
Greg later moved to CDI Corporation as the Vice President Legal for the Engineering Solutions division. Greg provided strategic legal counsel to the executive leadership team, negotiated and managed contracts, and supervised outside legal counsel.
Currently, Greg is working at Sterling Infrastructure, Inc. as the Senior Legal Counsel. Greg serves as the Lead Business Unit Counsel for Texas Sterling Construction, where they provide comprehensive legal support for bid reviews, contract drafting and negotiations, and pre-litigation and litigation claims. Greg also manages the Insured Claims and Litigation Department and coordinates the corporate insurance program.

Greg Attrep earned their B.S. in Finance from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued a Juris Doctor degree from LSU Law, completing their studies in 1989.
