Joseph McLachlan is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in IT service management and support. Currently serving as the IT Support Manager at Sterling Bank & Trust, FSB, since January 2021, Joseph established and leads an IT Service Management team focused on various key processes. Prior to this role, Joseph was the Manager of End User Services at Mastronardi Produce Ltd., overseeing international IT support and solution planning. Joseph also provided IT management as an Independent Consultant for a large North American produce distributor, and held several managerial positions at Meridian Health Plan, where responsibilities included leading engineering services and IT operations support. Earlier experience at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan involved team leadership in client/server operations and systems engineering. Joseph holds a BS in Computer Information Systems from Madonna University and an AAS in Computer Information Systems from Schoolcraft College.
