Syam Mohan V P currently serves as the Head of Human Resources at EnergyScape Renewables since March 2024. Prior to this role, Syam held various positions at Sterling and Wilson Renewable Energy, including Regional Manager - Business HR and Senior Manager - Business HR, from January 2018 and July 2011, respectively. Earlier experience includes roles as Manager HR at Sterling and Wilson, Sr. Executive HR at Arvind HR, Recruitment Officer at SKC Management Consultancy Pvt Ltd, and HR Executive at Abdulaziz Abdulmohsin Al–Rashed Co wll in Kuwait. Syam holds an MBA in HR from AIMT (2007-2009) and a B Com in Commerce from the University of Kerala (1997-2000), along with a Pre Degree in Science from St Aloysius College, Edathua (1995-1997).
