Mark Loncar is currently a Senior Program Manager at STERIS, beginning in January 2024. Previously, Mark was the Director of Research & Development at Philips from January 2007 to September 2023, where responsibilities included leading new product development and lifecycle management for the Multimodality Simulation product and managing a 15-person R&D team. Mark notably implemented a Kanban development methodology, significantly reducing work in progress by over 50%. Other roles at Philips included Project Management Office Lead, Senior Product Development Program Manager, and Senior Software Manager, each contributing to portfolio management, project execution, and team engagement improvements.
