Jim Salter is a seasoned professional in healthcare design and medical equipment planning with extensive experience in the industry. Currently serving as a Senior Healthcare Designer at STERIS since April 2014, Salter has held various leadership roles including Design Group Leader/Manager and Lead Medical Equipment Planner. Previous experience includes management positions at EGR Construction, Inc. and medical equipment planning at Mitchell Planning Associates and HDR. Academically, Salter holds an Associate of Applied Science degree in Architectural Engineering from Iowa Western Community College, completed between 1995 and 1998.
