Jeff Mattson is an experienced Senior Technical Writer with a robust background in developing documentation for software and tools. Since May 2014, Mattson has been with STERIS Corporation, following previous roles at Wind River and International Consulting Group, Inc., where planning and writing online user documentation played a key role. Additional experience includes freelance work updating documentation for various Macintosh applications and significant contributions at Apple, Metrowerks, Gensym Corporation, and Symantec, involving the creation of tutorials, user manuals, and reference materials. Mattson holds a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science from Northeastern University.
