Sue Patton has extensive experience in consumer support and administration, with a career spanning over three decades. Since August 1988, Patton has served as a Consumer Support Representative at Sterilite Corporation, leading a team in the Customer Service department and effectively communicating with consumers through various channels. Prior to this role, Patton worked in sales for Journal Express Newsletter, focusing on telemarketing and advertising consulting, and served as an assistant at Becker Land Surveying, where responsibilities included office management and job coordination. Patton holds certificates in Graphic Arts and completed an Executive Secretarial course from The Art Institutes, enhancing skills in business administration, management, and communication.
