Anton Kudlay began their work experience in 2002 as a member of the combat forces in the Israel Defense Forces. Anton then worked as a proprietary trader at Matrix Capital Markets Ltd. for a brief period in 2009. In 2010, they joined Nomura as a Fixed Income Strategy specialist for the EEMEA region. From 2012 to 2016, Anton worked in Investment Banking at Morgan Stanley. In 2016, they joined Large Cap Private Equity as a Principal and stayed until 2022. Currently, Anton Kudlay serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Stereo.

Anton Kudlay's education history includes a High School Diploma from Cadoorie Israel, which they obtained from 1999 to 2002. After completing high school, Anton attended Tel Aviv University, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Finance with Summa cum Laude honors. Anton then pursued a degree in Law from the same university and graduated with a LLB, achieving Magna cum Laude honors. As part of their legal studies, Anton also had the opportunity to enhance their knowledge of Corporate Law as a visiting student at Boston University School of Law, where they obtained an LLM. Later, Anton pursued further studies at the University of Oxford and successfully completed a Master of Science (MSc) in Financial Economics with a Distinction grade.
