Lucas McGregor is a seasoned technology executive currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Engineering at The Stepstone Group, where responsibilities include leading global engineering efforts and overseeing enterprise data architecture and AI Labs development. Previously, Lucas held the position of Chief Technology Officer at Lyst, significantly enhancing technology strategy and engineering culture.
