Elisia Manuel is an experienced professional in the fields of foster care recruitment and customer relations, currently serving as the Foster Care Recruitment Manager at StepStone Family & Youth Services and the Customer Relations Manager at A Place to Call Home, Inc. since July 2021. As the Founder and Executive Director of Three Precious Miracles since September 2014, Elisia has demonstrated leadership in the non-profit sector. Previous experience includes the role of WIA Outreach Coordinator for the Gila River Indian Community from September 2004 to June 2015, where Elisia developed marketing plans and conducted public awareness activities, as well as serving as an Administrative Assistant, overseeing budgets and supervising staff.
