Amber W. is a dedicated professional in the field of behavior analysis, currently serving as a Registered Behavior Technician and Program Director at Steps Therapy since November 2022. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Behavior Technician and Registered Behavior Technician at Kyo, as well as a Behavior Therapist at Trumpet Behavioral Health. Amber began a career in childcare as a Summer Leader/Volunteer at Donaldina Cameron House and has experience as a Swim Instructor at La Petite Baleen, Inc. Educationally, Amber holds a Bachelor of Arts in Child and Adolescent Development from San Jose State University and is pursuing a Master of Arts in Applied Behavior Analysis at the Florida Institute of Technology. Additionally, Amber has earned two Associate of Arts degrees in Early Childhood Education and English Language and Literature from Skyline College.
