Before transitioning into recruitment, Tushar worked as a Database Executive at Justdial from January 2021 to November 2021, where responsibilities included product cataloging and data management for the JD Mart project. Tushar holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering from Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University, completed in September 2020.
