Ruqoiyah Ghe-Huang is an experienced education professional currently serving as the Center Director at Stepping Stones Preschool - Inner Sunset since October 2012, overseeing multiple classrooms and a team of teachers while focusing on curriculum development and inclusive practices for children with special needs. With a background as a Child Development Consultant at JOY - Behavioral Technologies for Families and as the Center Manager at Cross Cultural Family Center, Ruqoiyah has demonstrated expertise in mentoring educators, developing community resources, and providing parental education. Prior professional experience includes a role as Assistant Lead Preschool Teacher at UCLA Early Care and Education, where Ruqoiyah implemented developmentally appropriate curricula and supported children with various developmental needs. Ruqoiyah holds a Bachelor's degree in Applied Developmental Psychology and History from UCLA.
