Olivia Couture has extensive experience in human resources and operations, currently serving as Company Director and Head of HR & Operations at Stepping Stones Nurseries Limited since September 2016. Prior to this role, Olivia held various positions at Gist - Transforming Supply Chains, including Regional HR Manager, where responsibilities included partnering with General Managers to oversee the people agenda for sites employing around 800 staff, and HR Manager. Olivia began their career as an HR Management Trainee at Gist and gained early experience as a Multi-Sports Coach at US Sports Institute. Educational qualifications include a Level 7 Advanced Diploma in Human Resource Management from The Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Economics with Sociology from Loughborough University.
