Collaboration Learning And Adapting Coordinator at Stepping Stones International

Malatsi Seleka, PhD, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in community development and research. Currently serving as the Collaboration Learning and Adapting Coordinator at Stepping Stones International since July 2022, Seleka previously worked as an External Community Development Consultant at the Institute of Development Management - Botswana from January 2016 to May 2022. Earlier roles include serving as a Research Officer at the University of Botswana from May 2010 to December 2012. Academically, Seleka holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Africa Studies, focusing on Peace and Conflict in Context from the University of the Free State (2017 - 2022), a Master of Arts in Development Studies from the University of Botswana (2013 - 2015), and a Bachelor of Arts in Archaeology from the University of Botswana (2005 - 2009).
