Kenneth Stephens Jr. is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in construction law. Currently serving as the Managing Partner at Stephens Reed & Armstrong PLLC since June 2019, Kenneth specializes in litigating complex construction and commercial cases, including change order disputes, project delay and abandonment disputes, construction defect disputes, non-payment disputes, and managing construction liens.
