Rex Younkin serves as the Grants and Development Manager at Stephen Center, Inc., where responsibilities include coordinating development activities and writing grant proposals. In addition, Rex holds the title of Program Manager at Carla Vista Sober Living LLC, focusing on community partnerships, program analysis, and staff management. Previous experience includes founding Winserv, a company dedicated to providing second-chance employment, and working at Vendorin Inc. as Client Services Team Lead and Sales Representative. Rex is currently pursuing an Associate's degree in Human Services at Metropolitan Community College, building on a strong foundation in human services.
