Marietta (Austin) Stalcup, MBA, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and education. As the Founder of Evolu LLC since June 2021, Marietta focuses on enhancing leadership skills for impact-driven professionals. Marietta also serves as a Coach and Consultant for Stephanie Wood Group and holds positions at Butler University as an Adjunct Faculty member and Executive Leadership Coach. Previous roles at Butler include Director of Graduate Programs and MBA Program Director, contributing to the development and management of multiple graduate programs. Prior to academia, Marietta spent over two decades at Eli Lilly and Company in various leadership roles, managing teams in Oncology and Neuroscience while overseeing substantial clinical trial budgets. Marietta holds an MBA in General Management from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business and a BS in Biochemistry from North Carolina State University.
