Aaron Bailey is a seasoned chemist with extensive experience in research and development, currently serving as Senior R&D Manager for Synthesis at Stepan Company since July 2018. Prior roles at Stepan Company include R&D Manager for Synthesis, Senior Research Chemist, and Research Chemist. Prior to Stepan Company, Aaron worked at ANGUS Chemical Company as a Synthesis Chemist from January 2017 to July 2018. Aaron's career began at Procter & Gamble, where positions ranged from Researcher to Principal Researcher within the Beauty Technology Division, focusing on Upstream Hair Color Chemistry. Academically, Aaron holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Organic Chemistry from the University of Cincinnati, a Master of Science (M.S.) in Chemistry from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, and a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry from Illinois Wesleyan University.
