Minda Harts is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and education. Currently serving as a LinkedIn Learning Instructor, Minda focuses on empowering professionals through courses such as "Trust: The Language of Leadership." Additionally, Minda holds the position of National Board Member at Step Up, an organization dedicated to inspiring and mentoring girls. As the Founder and CEO of The Memo, Minda aims to support women of color in achieving their personal and professional goals. Minda has also contributed to academia as an Adjunct Assistant Professor at NYU Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service and held various leadership roles at UCLA and Positive Coaching Alliance. Minda's educational background includes a Master’s Degree in Communication and Media Studies from Western Illinois University and participation in The Hive Global Leaders Program at Harvard Business School.
