Kaye Kramer is an experienced coach specializing in leadership, executive strategy, and career transitions, currently serving at KCO since January 2022. As the founder and National Board Member of Step Up, a national mentorship nonprofit, Kaye has dedicated efforts to empower girls and women ages 13-29 through mentorship and career readiness programs. Previous roles include Chief Operating Officer at The Baby Box Co., where Kaye led the company's transition to a venture-backed start-up, and Founder & President of Nurseryworks, managing international operations in furniture and textiles. Kaye's expertise also spans positions as Vice President at NRG Online Testing and Kaufman Patricof Enterprises, along with experience as Associate Producer for "Kissing Jessica Stein" and as a Talent Agent at United Talent Agency. Kaye holds an Executive Coaching Certification from Columbia University and a degree from Tufts University.
