Richard Lubben is an experienced project manager currently working at Step One Automotive Group since June 2021. Prior to this role, Richard served in the United States Air Force from August 1993 to September 2021 as a Special Operations Senior Noncommissioned Officer. Richard holds three Associate of Applied Sciences degrees from the Community College of the Air Force, specializing in Instructor of Technology and Military Science, Information Systems Technology, and Airway Science.
