Caitlin Browner is an experienced financial professional currently serving as a Partner Consultant at Xero since June 2023 and as Business Manager at Step-In CTO since July 2022, where responsibilities include managing the finance function, preparing contracts, and assisting with grant applications. Prior to these roles, Caitlin worked at Grant Thornton Australia from August 2018 to July 2023, first as a Senior Associate completing compliance for a diverse range of clients, and previously as an Associate Accountant.
