Constantine Romanos

Sr. Solutions Architect at STEP CG

Constantine Romanos has extensive experience in the IT industry, beginning in 1988 as a Network Analyst at Milacron. In 1992, they moved to SARCOM, Inc. as a Senior Network Engineer, where they taught classes for A+ certification and Windows NT for external customers, and was responsible for the configuration, support, and maintenance of internal systems in the Cincinnati branch location. From 1998 to 2009, they worked at Nortel as a Customer Service Account Manager and Network Analyst/Senior Network Analyst, representing Nortel services organization to large enterprise customers and providing infrastructure design, implementation, support, and troubleshooting of customer networks. From 2009 to 2015, they worked at Avaya as a Senior Client Service Manager, engaging with large enterprise customers on all aspects of service delivery, and managing accounts in the financial, pharmaceutical, energy, and education sectors. Finally, from 2015 to the present, they have worked at STEP CG as a Solutions Architect and Lead Engineer.

Constantine Romanos began their education in 1982 at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. In 1984, they transferred to the University of Cincinnati, where they completed a BA in Double Major in Geography and Foreign Affairs in 1987. Constantine also holds a certification in Avaya IP Office - APSS from Avaya.
