Andre Castillo has a diverse work experience in roles related to customer success and customer experience. Andre started their career at Apple in 2015 as a Technical Specialist, providing support and advice to customers on their Apple devices. In 2017, they joined Enjoy Technology, Inc. as an Expert, delivering 5-star customer visits and establishing clear goals for each visit. Andre then moved to SeatGeek in 2019 as part of the Customer Experience team, being the main point of contact for customer inquiries across various channels. In 2020, Andre worked at Leif and Zocdoc as part of their Customer Success teams. Currently, they are working as a Customer Success Manager at Stensul.
Andre Castillo attended Queensborough Community College of The City University of New York (CUNY) from 2012 to 2014, where they studied Mobile UI/UX Design. In May 2015, they obtained the Apple Certified Support Professional 10.10 (ACTC) certification from Apple.
