Andrew Higby has a long history of working in the Information Technology field. In 1999, they began their career as a Desktop Support Technician at Inacom Information Systems in Salisbury, MD. Andrew then moved to Telrepco Inc. in 2000, where they worked as a Desktop Support Technician, assisting in help desk service calls and ticket resolution. Later that same year, they began working as a Network Administrator at Life of the South, where they were directly involved with day to day network operations and server management. In 2007, they became the Associate Director of Technology at St. Johns Country Day School, where they provided key leadership, vision, and strategic direction for the school's technology initiatives. In 2013, they began working as a Solutions Architect at Client Server Development. Finally, in 2016, they became the Director of Information Technology at Stenner Pump Company, where they provided oversight of all IT operations and support, and developed and planned short and long term IT goals and financial planning.

Andrew Higby obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Florida State College at Jacksonville.
