Heidi von Jahf has an extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Heidi started their career in 2013 as a Marketing Assistant at Reiterhof Helenenau. Heidi then worked as a Consultant at NBI - Nordic Business Institute AB and CIL, Centrum för Informationslogistik in 2014. In the same year, they also served as an Assistant Revenue Manager at Scandic Hotels, where they analyzed data and set price forecasts to maximize revenue growth. Heidi then worked as a Social Media & Marketing Coordinator at EHRAB - Workforce Solutions before taking on the role of Researcher at Sida for a brief period in 2015. Heidi then returned to EHRAB - Workforce Solutions as a Marketing Manager until 2018. In 2018, they joined Academy, a part of Academic Work, as a Junior C#.NET developer, where they gained experience in Object-Oriented Programming, Visual Studio, C# .NET, and other relevant technologies. From 2019 to the present, Heidi has been a Client Delivery Manager at Extenda Retail, where they manage client projects. In 2023, they joined Stendahls as an IT Project Manager.

Heidi then attended Linnaeus University from 2010 to 2013, earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing. Following this, in 2013, they pursued a Master of Science in Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing at the same university, completing it in 2015. In 2018, Heidi enrolled in the Academic Work Academy Sweden and received certification as a Junior C#.NET-developer. Additionally, they obtained a SCRUM Certification from Scrum.org in December 2018.
