Joanne Williamson is an experienced professional in customer service and standards management, currently serving as Standards & Service Manager at Stena Line since March 2017. In this role, Joanne is responsible for the development and continuous improvement of service standards across all customer touchpoints within the organization. Previously, Joanne held roles within Stena Line, including Customer Experience Manager, Route Service Trainer, Training Manager, and Training Officer from January 1996 to January 2017. Joanne started their career at Whitbread as a Beefeater Pubs & Restaurants Manager and progressed from a Trainee Manager to House Manager. Joanne holds a BA (Hons) in Management and Hospitality from the University of Huddersfield, obtained from 1989 to 1992.
