Den Mikhailenko is an experienced professional who has held various roles in the technology industry. Den is currently the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Stemmy, where they have led the development of a complex architecture for web-based gamification plugins. In this role, they have also provided team leadership to ensure successful project implementation.
Prior to Stemmy, Den co-founded XReadyLab at 500 Global, where they played a key role in the development and architecture creation of a web-based graph editor for VR games. Den also contributed to the development of a license management platform and user-generated content (UGC) tools for educators.
Before their involvement with XReadyLab, Den founded TvFelt production, a video production and streaming studio catering specifically to online schools. In this role, they focused on providing high-quality services for multicamera streaming and event coverage.
Den also has experience as a Skoltech Research-engineer at the Skolkovo Institute of Science and Technology, where they developed a platform with 20 multiplayer games to assess teamwork, collaboration, and HR optimization. Additionally, they worked as a Frontend Developer at EgeHack, specializing in React, TypeScript, and architectural design, and excelling in optimizing high-load applications and improving performance.
Den Mikhailenko attended the Higher School of Economics from 2016 to 2020, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
