Simon Pototzky has extensive experience in the field of computer vision and geoinformatics, currently serving as the Deputy Team Manager Product Specialists at STEMMER IMAGING since March 2019, where responsibilities include team organization, process improvement, and product specialization in 3D computer vision. Previously held positions include Product Specialist for 3D products and Application Engineer, providing technical support and feasibility studies. Simon completed a Master Thesis at Fraunhofer IOSB focused on machine learning and neural networks for change detection in SAR images. Earlier career experience includes a role as a Surveying Engineer at IngenieurTeam GEO GmbH. Simon holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science, both in Geodesy and Geoinformatics, from Karlsruhe Institute of Technology.
