Azita Ebtahaj is an experienced pharmacovigilance professional with a robust background in safety management and regulatory compliance across various pharmaceutical companies. Currently serving as an Executive Consultant at Stemline Therapeutics since March 2023, Azita previously held positions at Amgen as a Global Pharmacovigilance AD Safety Scientist focusing on immuno-oncology products, and at Regeneron as an AD Safety Scientist on the emergency use authorization team for COVID-19 treatments. Azita's expertise includes safety oversight in clinical trials, safety signal detection, and leading safety data review teams. With a strong foundation in safety science originating from roles at Genentech, Greenwich Biosciences, Puma Biotechnology, and earlier career experiences at Johnson & Johnson, Pfizer, and Novartis, Azita has contributed to multiple successful drug safety initiatives. Azita holds a BSc (Hons) in Biomedical Science from the University of Brighton and an IBMSc in Clinical Biochemistry from the University of Oxford.
