Shubh Patel is a dedicated medical professional currently pursuing a Doctor of Medicine degree at the University of Toronto, following the completion of a Bachelor of Health Sciences with Honours in Biomedical Sciences at the University of Calgary. Shubh has accrued extensive experience as a Research Associate at Libin Cardiovascular Institute, leading projects on coronary artery disease, and honing advanced statistical skills. In leadership roles, Shubh serves as Class President of the University of Toronto Medical Society, Director and Founder of The Debtless Students non-profit organization, National Exchange Officer for the Canadian Federation of Medical Students, and President of both the Health Sciences Students' Association and Rotaract. Additionally, Shubh’s work with Medical Makers and as a research intern at Shanghai Jiao Tong University focuses on innovative solutions in healthcare and cancer research. Shubh is also an accomplished content creator, hosting the STEMFellows podcast and developing engaging video content for STEM Fellowship.
