Randy Parole has a strong work history with a focus in sales and consulting. Randy is currently serving as the National Director of Sales at Stem, Inc. since January 2023. Prior to this, they held various roles at Stem, Inc. including District Manager from January 2020 to December 2021 and Account Executive from January 2019 to December 2020. Before joining Stem, Inc., Randy worked as a Senior Consultant at Business Consulting from September 2013 to June 2015. Randy also served as the President of Progressive Lighting & Energy Solutions from July 2006 to August 2013 and as the Regional Vice President at Amtech Lighting and Electrical Services from February 2000 to June 2005.

Randy Parole attended the University of Southern California from 1978 to 1981, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.
