Rudy Schmitz has extensive experience in the manufacturing and retail sectors, currently serving as an Operator at Caradon Stelrad since 2005, after previously working as a Productiemedewerker at the same company. Prior roles include Medewerker Inpak/Verzending at Noteborn BV from 2004 to 2005 and Medewerker Kruidenierswaren at Plus Heerlerheide, EDAH te Valkenburg from 1996 to 2004. Rudy holds an Ondernemersdiploma in Food from Arcus College Handel MDS and has acquired a Propedeus in HEAO Management, Economie en Recht from Hogeschool Zuyd, as well as a Vapro B from ROC Leeuwenborgh.
