James Noe is an experienced Manufacturing Mechanical Engineer with a career spanning over two decades, currently employed at Stellartech Research since December 2004. In the role of New Product Manufacturing Engineer, James has led new product introductions compliant with FDA and ISO standards for multiple customer products, established NPI assembly lines, and designed manufacturing tooling. Prior to this, James worked as a Mechanical Engineer at Stellartech, contributing to the development of over 16 systems. Past experience includes positions at Applied Materials as a New Product Manufacturing Engineer, Project Engineer at Watermark Sports-Yakima, and Manufacturing Engineer at Caspian Networks-Packetcom. James holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, earned in 2013.
