Kesav Badisa has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as a Senior Executive at Stellar Value Chain Solutions Pvt. Ltd. since November 2019. Prior roles include Human Resources Executive at AHCL from November 2016 to November 2019, where responsibilities encompassed the full spectrum of HR processes from hiring to exit management. Kesav has also worked as Executive HR at TEAM LEASE SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED, focusing on HRIS operations and process improvement initiatives. Prior experience at PMPL involved HR policy development, employee relations, appraisal processes, and data management. Kesav holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from Acharya Nagarjuna University, completed in 2012.
