Jacob Fullmer is a skilled software developer with experience in back-end development and software engineering. Currently serving as a Back End Developer II at Blue Mountain since May 2023, Jacob previously worked at Stellar Technology Solutions, LLC from June 2019 to May 2023, where responsibilities included developing large-scale, user-friendly sites and architecture for charitable organizations using C# .NET and various JavaScript technologies. Jacob also held the position of Junior Software Developer, focusing on building user-facing applications to support philanthropic efforts. Jacob earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Penn State Harrisburg in 2019.
