Wes Hall has held various positions in the culinary and network engineering fields. In 2018, they began working as a Senior Network Engineer for Stellar Technologies and as a Network Engineer and Independent Contractor for Self Employed. From 2015 to 2018, they were the Lead Network Engineer at Acumen IT, where they provided consultation and solution implementation services for clients related to network design and security. From 2005 to 2004, they held the positions of Chef/Kitchen Manager for Sassafras Southern Bistro and Smoke On the Water, respectively. In 2004, they worked as Lead Line Cook at Carrabba's Italian Grill. Finally, from 2001 to 2004, they were Assistant Kitchen Manager at Italian Market and Grill.

Wes Hall attended Greenville Technical College from 2006 to 2008, where they earned an Associate's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General. Wes then returned to Greenville Technical College from 2013 to 2015, where they studied Computer Technology with a focus in Network Administration, but did not receive a degree.
