Lynn Booth has over 30 years of experience in the field of human resources. Lynn began their career as a Personnel Manager at BHS before working in various HR roles at Arcadia PLC, including their last role as an Employee Relations Manager. Lynn then worked as a Human Resources Consultant for various companies, providing a full HR service to clients from different sectors. Lynn later joined People Logic Ltd. as a Human Resources Account Manager. Currently, Lynn is the Head of HR at Stellar Global Ltd.

Lynn Booth obtained a postgraduate diploma in personnel management from London South Bank University between 1991 and 1993. Their field of study was human resources.
