Wayne Wells is an experienced professional in the mechanical piping and plumbing contracting industry, currently serving as a Regional Project Developer at Stellar since August 2023. Prior to this role, Wells worked at Strategic Mechanical, Inc. as a Superintendent/Estimator from February 2020 to September 2023. A significant portion of Wells' career was spent at Applied Process Cooling Corporation (APCCO) as the Director of Construction from March 2010 to February 2019, following a tenure as President of Custom Piping Systems Inc. from August 1997 to January 2010, where the company specialized in food processing plants and wineries. Wells began in the industry at Solecon Industrial Contractors, starting as a pipefitter/welder and advancing to General Foreman from August 1989 to August 1997.
