Richard Xiao is a highly qualified Mechanical Engineer with extensive experience in the engineering field, currently serving as a Mechanical Engineer C at the NYC School Construction Authority since May 2014. Before this role, Richard held the position of Senior Mechanical Engineer at URS Corporation from March 2013 to May 2014 and worked as a Mechanical Engineer at Tetra Tech from March 2006 to March 2013, as well as at RAI from September 2002 to March 2006.
