Justin McNeely's work experience starts with their role as a Grocery Clerk at Publix Super Markets in 2014. In the same year, they also worked as a Research Assistant at the National High Magnetic Field Laboratory, where they researched material properties for superconducting magnets.
In 2015, they worked as a Research Assistant at the Florida Center for Advanced Aero-Propulsion, assisting with wind tunnel operations and analyzing the acoustic properties of Kevlar.
From 2016 to 2017, they joined Savannah River Nuclear Solutions as an Entry Level Engineer, where they wrote scopes of work, edited facility drawings, and performed calculations for site processes.
Since 2017, Justin has been with Stellar, starting as an Assistant Project Manager - Mechanical Services. Justin then progressed to become a Project Manager I, II, and currently, Project Manager III. The duration of their current role is ongoing.
Justin McNeely earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Florida State University, where they studied from 2011 to 2016. In 2019, they obtained certifications as a Qualified Commissioning Process Provider (QCxP) from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and as a Certified Plumbing Contractor from the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation. Justin also obtained the Engineer In Training (E.I.T) certification from the South Carolina State Board of Registration for Professional Engineers in September 2016. Justin then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Accounting and Finance from Jacksonville University, attending from 2021 to 2022.
