Rajat Pandey began their career in 2020 as a Senior Customer Service Associate at Tech Mahindra. Rajat then worked as a Customer Support Associate at Tech Mahindra Business Process Services until 2021. In 2021, they joined Quatrro Business Support Services as an Associate Sales Representative, where they created quotes for US based clients and converted them into orders. Currently, Rajat works as a Technical Recruiter at Stellar Consulting Solutions, LLC, a Technology Staffing and Solution Services company specializing in delivering highly technical, agile, and experienced workforce.

Rajat Pandey has a Bachelor of Technology in Applied Electronics and Instrumentation and Electronics and Instrumentation from the College of Engineering Roorkee, which they obtained between 2015 and 2019. Rajat also attended Sarswati Vidhya Mandir Kashipur. Additionally, Rajat obtained an Excel with LinkedIn Recruiter Assessment certification from LinkedIn in December 2022.
