Samruddhi Gaikwad is an experienced professional in the automotive sector, currently serving as an Assistant Manager at Stellantis since January 2021, where responsibilities include overseeing closures durability across EMEA, LATAM, and APAC region vehicles, as well as conducting linear and non-linear analysis of vehicle closures. Previously, Samruddhi worked as an intern at FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles from July 2019 to May 2020, focusing on new analysis approaches for vehicle side closures and conducting durability analyses at both system and component levels. Samruddhi’s earlier experience includes a summer internship at JCB India Ltd. Samruddhi holds a Master of Technology in CAD/CAM from Vellore Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Pimpri Chinchwad College of Engineering.
