Lindsey Thompson is a seasoned HR professional currently serving as UK HR Director and Head of Talent, Diversity & Inclusion at Stellantis since September 2020. With a robust background at Groupe PSA from September 2002 to September 2020, Lindsey held various roles, including Strategic HR Programmes, Head of HR for Robins & Day, and Head of HR for Peugeot UK/PCA UK. Lindsey was also responsible for managing variable remuneration for the PSA Group's global management population. Earlier career experiences include positions at the National Probation Service as an HR Administration Assistant. Academically, Lindsey holds a BSc Hons in International Management with French from Alliance Manchester Business School and a PgD in Human Resources Management from Coventry University, complemented by studies at ESSEC Business School.
