Jennifer Byman, B. Mgmt, is an experienced Human Resources professional with a diverse background in various HR roles. Currently serving as the Regional Human Resources Manager at Stella-Jones since July 2019, Jennifer previously held positions such as Senior Human Resources Business Partner in the Western Region and Human Resources Business Partner at Chandos Construction from August 2016 to June 2019. Prior to that, Jennifer worked at WorleyParsons as a Senior Human Resources Advisor and at Intact Financial Corporation as a Senior Human Resources Consultant. The career began at Alberta Health Services, where responsibilities included roles as Human Resources Advisor, Benefits Representative, Recruitment Assistant, and HR Assistant. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Management degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from The University of Lethbridge and a Business Administration Diploma with a Major in Human Resources from NAIT.
