Brad Baigent has extensive experience in operations management and plant supervision, with a career spanning over four decades in the manufacturing sector. Since June 1993, Brad has held various leadership positions at Stella-Jones, including Director of Operations, Plant Manager & Technical Specialist, and Plant Supervisor. Prior to this role, Brad worked at Domtar from January 1982 to June 1993 in plant maintenance. Educationally, Brad attended the College of New Caledonia from 1981 to 1985 and completed high school at Georges Vanier from 1976 to 1980.
