Mark Roaquin is a seasoned hospitality professional with extensive experience in various management roles within the restaurant and service industry. Currently serving as a Steinway Product Specialist at Steinway Piano Gallery since January 2020, Mark previously held the position of Service Manager at McGuire Moorman Hospitality from October 2017 to January 2020. Mark's earlier experience includes significant roles at The NoMad, where contributions as a Dining Room Supervisor and Dining Room Captain were integral to maintaining a 1-Michelin star rating. Mark also managed Tamarind Restaurant, focusing on daily operations, staff training, and special events. Additional roles at Union Square Hospitality Group, BR Guest, and The Statler Hotel at Cornell University have further solidified Mark's expertise in hospitality management. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Administration/Management and an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts from esteemed institutions including Cornell University and The Culinary Institute of America.
