Trond Marius Fornes has extensive experience in therapeutic and leadership roles, currently serving as a Project Leader for the Ambulant Drug Team at Steinkjer kommune since August 2015, while also working as a milieu therapist at Nidarvoll skole since August 2014, focusing on individual support for children with special needs. Previously, Trond Marius Fornes held a temporary position as an occupational therapist at St. Olavs Hospital, was part of a multidisciplinary team at Helse Midt-Norge IT, and served in the Norwegian Armed Forces as a grenadier. Trond Marius Fornes holds a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from Sør-Trøndelag University College and has pursued further education in leadership, economics, and marketing at Nord University, along with studies in law and administration at Norges brannskole.
